Our modern manufacturing plant in MIDC, Kolhapur is equipped with advanced manufacturing technology to deliver reliable security solutions for homes, offices, and businesses. The facility includes an 11-tank anti-corrosion pre-treatment process, barrier material facility, thermosetting powder coating unit, and an auto-controlled powder baking oven.

The high-quality polyester-epoxy powder used in our process provides a durable finish that is tougher than conventional paints. Designed with environmental responsibility in mind, our finishing process produces minimal volatile organic compounds. We have also installed an eco-friendly Effluent Treatment Plant (ETP) that meets international standards and helps maintain consistent product quality.
