We have set up a state-of-the-art manufacturing plant in MIDC. It includes – An 11-tank anti-corrosion pre-treatment process, a barrier material facility, a thermosetting type of powder coating facility & a powder baking oven with auto controls. The polyester-epoxy powder we use is of a very high quality. This facilitates an optimum, consistent & plain or structured coating that is tougher than conventional paints. Our fixtures are designed by the industry’s best. This is an environmentally safe finishing process because it produces few volatile organic compounds. We have also installed an environment-friendly Effluent Treatment Plant (ETP) as per the highest International standards which are a pre-requisite for Global brands who may want to sub contract any type of work to us. And of course, it helps us maintain our product quality. In line with our quest, we propose to go for ISO 9000 – 2015 soon.

Technology
Two solid steel shooting bolts & a strongly welded cohesive seamless shell guard your valuables. Our exclusive DOWELPIN MATE Technology is designed for security as well as ease of changing just the door in case of a theft or break-in attempt. Unlike other safes, the full safe need not be scrapped. Only the door can be changed.
